I had a relatively quiet Saturday. I went for a 10 mile run along the beach in the rain it was lovely. Then I went to a few cafés and people watched. Around 6 I decided to call it a night and went home to be lazy. It is so hard to be motivated in rain and hail. It is the worst storm to hot Israel in 150 years. I think it's my fault!
