We had a late start this morning. The first class began at 10 which gave me time to ride in, run a track workout, and eat breakfast before my first prac. Unfortunately, I had the wrong version of the schedule so I didnt have the right prereading or materials. We looked at first day total hip replacements, my least favorite type of phisio. We had a nice long lunch break and we spent it running stairs and enjoying the free food and concert. This afternoon was balance in stroke patients.
In the middle of my ride home it began to pour down rain. It was refreshing and encouraged me to go faster. Too bad my books didn't find the rain as enjoyable. They are soaked and miserable. I'm hoping that they dry back to a usable form.
If I was at all uncertain about the move I am more convinced now. Katie's house became more of a zoo than ever today when we got another student from Hong Kong. She seems nice enough but it is stressful for me as I'm expected to be friendly and welcoming. Not that I enjoy being rude, I just like getting my homework done before midnight. Luckily, our deposit has transferred and we sign the lease Friday. I'm getting excited and have picked out furniture to be delivered next week.
