I went for a 15mile run this evening and stole one of the vegetable pancakes that Stan was making for dinner on my way to shower. Unknown to me there were green beans in the pancakes. When my breathing got labored I searched the house for a stethoscope to listen to my exploratory wheeze. Unfortunately I couldn't find one and gave up to medicate myself. Good thing I have an inhaler and both h1 & h2 blockers lying around.
Alright so had allergic reaction and got the opportunity to review not only my respiratory knowledge but also my asthma phosphorylation pathways to fully appreciate the power of a b2 agonist. Yay!
My run was really good too. I had trouble coaxing myself out the door but after I did the run felt great as I ran through the sea spray along the beach. I'm really enjoying the compression sleeves so I can run with both compression and vibrums.
Other than running and wheezing I enjoyed a quiet day reading game of thrones and my neuro book.
What about footie you ask? We're in the playoffs(called the finals) so we play tomorrow!

I saw the dark night rises tonight. It was so good. I want to see it again. It was so full if Pittsburgh I couldn't help myself. I was a gitty child in the theatre. Yay pittsburgh! Heinz field! Steelers! Rivers! It was great.
We had an electrotherapy exam this morning. 40 minutes to answer 4 essays. As an after exam treat Steph, Angela and I went shopping.
As we walked around Melbourne we saw a collection of elephants that have recently been put up to promote the zoo.
Cute...
We met Angela's husband for dinner at grilled and batman. I was very thirsty and bought the most expensive glass of water I've ever seen.
