My new skirt

A really boring Problem based learning session. From the very beginning the entire class could see that the subject presented with the classic signs of a hip fracture and wanted to send her to a surgeon but we had to go through the painful process of listing and eliminating several other factors. We are now obnoxiously aware of the diagnosis but the facilitator won't confirm the fracture for another 3 weeks. In the mean time we get to research co-morbidities, drug antagonists, and possible other problems. She's not on the same page as our other professors and seems to be teaching several weeks behind where they expect us to be. I'm a little excited about the project anyway because I have realized that I have minimal knowledge of Australian drugs. Some are the same, many are different or at least named differently, and some similar names actually refer to different drugs.
This is a very work intensive week. The thing that is specifically tough is that one teacher tells us we don't need to know detailed specifics and then the next tells us the same detailed specifics should be part of our background knowledge, so it's a bit of catch up to prepare for class this week while we also prepare for the exam next week. We studied at lunch, we studied after class, I studied on the tram, I studied while cooking and I studied after dinner. I'll give you my daily score card all week.
Saori found a geko in her room. She freaked out. I thought it was cute. I wish I had time to figure out exactly what it is but it's starting to get late and the homework pile is not decreasing.

Oh also bike is now functional, let's hope for no rain tomorrow.
