I was up early to turn in my chronic disease poster. I needed to pick it up for the printer and turn it in to the physiotherapy department by 9am. After turning in my poster I promptly went back to sleep. When I woke up for the second time it was a much nicer day. The sun was shining so I decided to take my bike out with its fancy wheels for a long ride. I made it an entire 10km before getting a flat and needing to catch the train home. I got in the door just in time for a 2hour Skype date with my friend Brandi that I haven't spoken to in far too long. We talked about so many things before I had to sign off and go rock climbing. Angela, Sylvie and I rock climbed in costume it was great fun. They kept the same costumes from the weekend but I figured it was a little hard to climb in a shark so I just went with an easier option. I unfortunately was so excited to be taking pictures of the costumes that I accidentally left my phone in my pocket while climbing and dropped it from about 20m. The drop disconnected the screen, I suppose I'll get that fixed tomorrow. After rock climbing, we had a Korean feast at Darac. One more practice of my speech for tomorrow and off to bed.
