I had such a good day in clinic today. I went in to the inpatient department and treated a patient completely on my own. To be fair she was independent but I still treated her and progressed her exercises on my own! I got my marks and I did quite well. I really wish I had been just a tad bette but I did well. In out patients I was on my game. I treated all of my patients brilliantly and 1 of them showed up with some pretty strange symptoms. I think that I have correctly diagnosed a biceps rupture sustained earlier this week in a patient that I have been treating for the past 4 weeks who has shoulder problems. After clinic was work and study. Good day!
